Nashville-based HCA is the worlds largest for-profit health care facilities provider and currently ranks #82 on the Fortune 500 list of companies.

They currently manage 162 hospitals and 113 freestanding surgery centers in the United States and United Kingdom.

SUMMARY

HCA desired an highly effective internal brand communications strategy in order to easily and seamlessly communicate with their employees about the centralization and reorganization of the Human Resources department.

Understanding the challenges that such a herculean task presented, HCA opted for a video to be produced by IMC in which key leaders in the HR department would speak about the new goals and aspirations of this project and how it would benefit the employee significantly.
RESULTS
IMC successfully produced a video in order to effectively communicate the desired message with precision utilizing the upper management at HCA which included the SVP of HR

The video was succinct and pristine in its presentation helping to effectively communicate with employees and rally their support and enthusiasm in the aspirational goal of the company as a whole.
